Canoe Island Lodge is a full-service Lake George resort on the shores of the most beautiful lake in the Adirondacks.
Our waterfront location is ideal for a lovely Adirondack waterfront wedding, a conference, Lake George family vacation or romantic getaway. We have been hosting families and friends here since 1946, making us one of the oldest Adirondack family resorts.
Our private Canoe Island, located ¾ of a mile
off shore, is a special treasure. While the island is a quiet getaway, we also have the beach on the mainland as well as many activities
for the whole family. For your convenience, our private resort shuttle boats make scheduled trips back and forth to and from the island.
In the summer our rates include Breakfast and Dinner - our Chef and Baker offer an array of delicious
meals and baked goods, and you never need to wait for your table in the dining room. We also have a casual deck luncheon
restaurant, perfect for a quick meal between activities. Our fantastic chicken
barbecues are a weekly favorite in the summer as well as an Island camp breakfast for those who choose to enjoy the early morning trip.
