PERSONAL CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS
New this year, in addition to personal or business checks, we will begin accepting credit cards for final payment of your balance and incidentals. We’ll still be taking reservations in the same manner and will require a deposit check to hold your reservations. If you could please plan to take care of gratuities for the staff by check or cash it would be greatly appreciated.
TAVERN
Please note that our tavern is open daily for cocktails. If there is a selection that you prefer that we do not carry, please let us know and we will try to have it in stock for your enjoyment. We do request that you refrain from bringing your own alcoholic beverages into the tavern or dining room.
PETS
We are sorry that we cannot accept pets at the lodge. We do have a list of kennels in our area and can offer recommendations for your extended family members.
CIL RESERVATION POLICY
To our returning guests, we want to give you the opportunity to request your 2008 accommodations before we accept new reservations. You will be given first refusal on the room you had the previous season for the same time period. Please confirm your reservation with a deposit before February 1, 2008 in order to ensure your reservation. If we do not hear from you we will assume your plans have changed and will release the space to others who are requesting availability. If we have already received your deposit but we are working with you for an accommodation or date change, we will be contacting you to confirm your request.
We request a deposit of $250.00 per adult and $150.00 per child. If your plans change and you need to cancel, please try to let us know as soon as possible. The larger accommodations in particular are difficult to refill on short notice. Deposits will be promptly refunded, if we are able to refill the cancelled space. Multiple unit and group bookings have additional deposit requirements.
SMOKING
As most of you are aware, New York State has restricted smoking in public areas. Because we have so many guests asking for non-smoking rooms, we request that all our guests rooms remain smoke free.
