There is plenty to do at our Lake George resort! Whether you are enjoying Lake George from the mainland or the beach on our private Canoe Island, Canoe Island Lodge has a full complement of activities for the whole family that makes us unique among Lake George resorts.

From our comfortable lodging accommodations, discover the pleasure of sailing on Lake George and hiking scenic Adirondack Mountains with friends and family. Learn to water ski, enjoy a scenic cruise, play a few sets of tennis or fish all while enjoying lakeside Lake George lodging and great meals without leaving the property.

Entertainment

At our Lake George resort, we provide live music on the Windjammer restaurant deck and beautiful views overlooking the lake. We have boats for scenic cruises, custom built sailboats, a Ski Nautique, tennis courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, and expansive decks and views overlooking the lake.

Activities

Enjoy Sailing on one of our custom built Canoe Island 30 Sailboats!  Our crew take you out for an hour sail on beautiful Lake George.  Scenic Cruises on one of our pontoon boats is a great way to see the splendor of Lake George.  The Island has a sand volleyball court and a great swim area.  There are also 2 tennis courts and a half basketball court on property.

The Adirondack Mountains have numerous day hikes throughout the area. We offer a ¾ mile loop for our guests on our private nature trail.
