At Canoe Island Lodge, our Lake George resort amenities include a sandy beach on the mainland as well as on our private island. Extensive waterfront activities are offered to ensure that you are enjoying beautiful Lake George, which include sailing, canoeing, boating, and more. Our Waterfront Staff will skipper boat rides, teach you to sail, or shuttle you to the Canoe Island beach for some rest and relaxation! Waterskiing and wakeboarding are provided by our amazing partners.

Lake George Sailing
There are three 31′ custom sailboats. These quick boats have a large open cockpit and typically take our guests out for an hour at a time.
Cruise Boats
Hop on our pontoon boats for a relaxing scenic cruise for an hour or so. Our pontoon boats leave morning and afternoon to cruise the shores of Lake George. Another great included option at our Adirondack resort.
Visits to the island
The beach on the mainland can be busy with activity, making the Island beach a perfect complement to our Lake George all inclusive resort setting. There are scheduled Island visits so you can enjoy the shallow sandy beach in a protected cove.
Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, and Wakesurfing
Canoe Island Lodge offers waterskiing and, new this year, wakeboarding and wakesurfing are also offered.
